This is my second born Jeff.
He was a dare devil while growing up. Nothing he wouldn't try to do...like climbing a block wall and had to get stitches.
When he was a baby, big sister Cyndi liked to tease him. Then one day it was pay back time.
Now if you are ever in Pickett County and break the law you better watch out, he may just be watching you.
